For eligible one-time payment plans.

If we fail to secure five qualifying interviews in the agreed period.

REFUND TERMS

Agreed in writing

Eligibility, amount and timing follow your agreement.

The refund rule: A refund is eligible only for a one-shot plan if we fail to secure five qualifying interviews within the agreed service period, subject to the written agreement made for your enrollment. Mandatory legal rights and existing agreed rights remain applicable.

When a refund is eligible

  • You enrolled in an eligible one-shot plan (a one-time payment plan) under a written agreement.
  • Career Ease fails to secure five qualifying interviews within the service period stated in that agreement.
  • Your request meets the refund terms and conditions agreed in writing for your enrollment.
  • What counts as a qualifying interview, including how a secured interview is recorded, follows the written agreement.

Which plans are covered

  • This interview-based refund policy applies only to one-shot plans.
  • Basic, Elite, Premium and other non-one-shot payment plans are not eligible under this policy.
  • Any separate written refund commitment, existing agreed rights or mandatory legal entitlement remains applicable.

Your agreement determines the refund

  • The refund amount and calculation follow your written agreement; this page does not promise an automatic full refund.
  • The service period, qualifying-interview criteria and each party’s responsibilities must be set out in writing.
  • Any request deadline, supporting records, refund conditions and payment timeline are those specified in your agreement.
  • If any term is unclear, contact us for written clarification before enrollment.

How to request a review

  • 1. Contact us. Email info@careereaseplacements.com with the subject “One-shot refund request”.
  • 2. Include your records. Provide your enrollment name, agreement or reference number, proof of payment and relevant interview records. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
  • 3. Receive a decision. We review the request against the written agreement and interview records, explain the decision and process any eligible refund according to the agreed terms.

Interviews & employment outcomes

  • The refund condition concerns securing five qualifying interviews as defined in the agreement.
  • Interview attendance, employer decisions and job offers are different events. Their treatment, where relevant, follows the written agreement.
  • We do not guarantee a job, visa, salary or hiring date. Any express written service commitments remain applicable.

Referrals & cancellation

  • The treatment of a referral benefit following cancellation or a refund follows the written referral and service agreement.
  • Cancellation by itself does not establish eligibility for this interview-based refund. Review the conditions above and your agreement.

Existing agreements & legal rights

  • This update does not retroactively reduce refund rights promised for an existing purchase.
  • If your signed agreement provides additional rights, those rights remain applicable.
  • Nothing in this policy excludes or limits refunds or remedies required by applicable law.
