Start with your agreement. Your written service agreement sets the specific commitments for your enrollment. Read these terms alongside it.

Our services

These terms cover the Career Ease Placements LLC website, recruitment services and optional career-support services.
Paid services begin under a written agreement confirming the scope, price and conditions.
Sending an inquiry or resume does not purchase a service or create a placement-fee obligation.

Before payment, the agreement identifies your services, deliverables, service period, price, currency, taxes and payment schedule.
Any salary-based fee must specify its calculation, payment trigger and responsible payer.
Additional services or costs require written approval. Automatic renewal applies only if separately agreed.
Specific signed terms govern your engagement, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Career-support services are optional. Purchasing them is not required for recruitment consideration and does not provide preferential consideration.
Employers make hiring decisions. We do not guarantee employment, a visa, salary or hiring date.
Any one-shot commitment to secure five interviews, including its service period and qualifying-interview definition, is governed by your written agreement and our Refund Policy.
Provide accurate information and permission for relevant submissions. We will not knowingly misrepresent qualifications.
Follow applicable platform rules and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Fees, fee splits, submission authority, duplicate submissions, payment terms and replacement arrangements require a separate written agreement.
A referral or introduction does not make Career Ease your employer of record.

The one-shot referral amount is $250 for an eligible enrollment.
Eligibility, the benefit recipient, payment or credit timing and the effect of cancellation must be confirmed in writing before you rely on a referral benefit.
Obtain permission before sharing another person’s contact details or resume.

The interview-based refund policy applies only to eligible one-shot (one-time payment) plans when Career Ease fails to secure five qualifying interviews within the agreed service period.
Refund eligibility, amount, conditions and timing are governed by the written agreement made for your enrollment.
Other payment plans are not eligible under this interview-based policy. Separate written commitments and mandatory legal rights remain applicable.
Cancellation alone does not establish eligibility under this policy. Review the full Refund Policy and contact us about your agreement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
External websites, platforms and embedded maps operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or misleading material, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access.
Website branding and original content belong to Career Ease or their respective owners. Obtain permission before reuse beyond what the law permits.

Website updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights already agreed for an existing purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
